How to Change Partition Size in Windows Server 2000/2003/2008?

Question: I have an old Server running Windows 2k3, with a HD with two partitions: C drive, 2gb with the OS; D drive, 28gb with some program files and such, is there a way where I can change the partition size of the C drive? Since there is no more space available on this one from all updates and such. I have it as a printer server, and sometimes the available space goes down to 300 Kb. so they can't print.
